We have five refurbishment categories. But no matter if you buy the cheapest or the most expensive one, you will receive a great product in a T1A box, that will work as good as a new retail product.
No matter which one of our five refurbishment categories you choose you will have a 2-year warranty. Which can even be extended up to 4 years.
We always have a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee which means that the product is returnable if it does not live up to our description and the customer’s expectations.
If you have any doubts about refurbished IT being the right fit for you, we recommend "Try before you buy" This means you will have 10 days to try the product and if not satisfied we will pick up and credit.
At T1A security is at the heart of our business and there are no third parties. We have our own drives, employees with clean records and our facilities are secured with gates and codes when moving around the building. It´s also under 24-hour surveillance.
