HPE Service Health Analyzer (SHA) is the first predictive analytics tool built on top of a real-time, dynamic service model to correlate metric abnormalities with topology. This correlation, along with advanced analytics and sophisticated algorithms, lets you forecast problems and prioritize issues based on business impact. SHA also analyzes historical data to automatically create real thresholds - then combines hundreds of baseline breaches into one event with a list of the CIs involved. This enables you to take action before service is impaired.
