Lot 10 includes provision of unified communications solutions to provide a consistent user interface across a range of end-user devices.
The complete framework consists of 13 lots covering data access, local connectivity, traditional telephony, inbound telephony, IP telephony, mobile voice and data, paging and alerting, audio & video conferencing, unified comms and contact centres.
