Refurbished, not remanufactured

We don’t believe in throwing out perfectly functioning IT or replacing all parts just to make it look shiny and new. That’s why our refurbishment process focuses on functionality over appearance, allowing 90% of processed products to be reused, even if they look used.

“Try before you buy”

If you have any doubts about refurbished IT being the right fit for you, we recommend "Try before you buy" This means you will have 10 days to try the product and if not satisfied we will pick it up and credit.

“Out of box” experience

We want our customers to have the same “out of box” experience, as when buying a new product. All products are delivered in single boxes and when you open the computer, all signs of a previous user have been removed on outside and inside through our certified GDPR compliant data erasure process.
